The faculty relations mandate includes the provision of the following services: contract negotiations under collective agreements YUFA, OHFA, CUPE 3903 Units 1, 2, 3 and 4, OPSEU 578 Units 1 and 2. The collective agreement regulates the working conditions of york University`s full-time faculty members and includes the 2018-2021 collective agreement, the 2018-2021 tenure and promotion documents, and the 2018-2021 settlement protocol.
